To climb up to this enchanting mountain house, you first need to follow a stone way, lined with hazel trees, that climb up 20 m and ... there you are, overlookng the village of Gedre ! The house, named " d'ets cardit" is said to be former blacksmith house.

Christine, the owner, who also works as a "world end trip maker", turned the place into a charming cottage. As if beyond time, the only thing that really matters is the pleasure to be here, in those magnificient mountains. Hikers like the rustic confort of the house, the lovely attic rooms. The terrace is an invitation to chill out while enjoying the panoramic view over Gavarnie Valley.
